Owl 1.7.3

We've crushed some bugs and improved the text formatting experience.

The main changes in this update are:

• Fixed an issue where navigation buttons would overlap with the navigation bar title on macOS 15.
• Italic and strikethrough formatting is now maintained when changing text style to heading.

Owl 1.7.3 is available on the Mac App Store.
