Owl 1.4 - Search Improvements

Search just got a lot better with Owl 1.4.

With search result highlights in the notes list and editor, revamped search logic for better results, incremental search, and keyboard shortcuts for common search operations (e.g., ⌘F to search in the selected note, ⇧⌘F to search in all notes, and ⌘G to jump to the next match in the editor), search is now a lot more powerful. And that’s not all—we’ve made numerous tweaks and fixes to enhance the search experience.

Additionally, we’ve added an option to use a light background in the note editor even when in dark mode, for those who prefer it.

Lastly, the AI writing tools introduced in macOS 15.1 have been temporarily disabled. They will be reenabled in a future update after further refinement.
